Estonia, officially referred to as the Republic of Estonia, is located on the northern hemisphere of Europe. It comprises 15 different counties with several beautiful cities and islands. The islands in Estonia are magnificent and have been blessed with nature's grace and abundance. Saaremaa: Located at the Baltic Sea, Saaremaa is the largest island of Estonia. With the capital city as Kuresaate, Saaremaa is the principle island of the Saaare County. The Kaali crater is the most amazing and extraordinary thing this island houses.

Aksi: This Island, encompassing 59 hectares, lies in the Gulf of Finland. Diversified geographical features are the highlights of this place.

Piirissaar: The largest island of the Peipus Lake, Piirissaar comprises three small villages. Fishing and cultivation are the only two occupational means.

Hiiumaa: It is the second largest Island of Estonia and situated in the Baltic Sea. Hiiumaa is the chief Island of the Hiiu County with Kardla as the biggest town.

Muhu: After the names of Saaremaa and Hiiumaa comes the name of Muhu Island, in terms of size.

Abruka: This Island is located in the Kaarma Commune. There are significant structures and places on this Island.

Kihnu: This seventh largest Island of Estonia, Kihnu belongs to the Parnu County. It comprises four villages namely Saare, Linakula, Rootsikula and Lemsi.

Osmussaar: It belongs to the Laane County and is considered as one of the major nature reserves of Estonia.
